  • What size unit do I need?

  • How do I move my things into the storage units?

    Our facilities are built for easy access, and we provide loading equipment and packing materials. We can deliver packing materials directly to you. If you are interested in packing materials - check out our box-shop and claim a £20 voucher when you book your first unit at North Kensington.

  • Do you have outdoor storage units?

    Yes, at Storage Geeks - North Kensington, we have 160 sqft outdoor units with roll-up shutterdoors. You can drive right up to the storage unit for easy loading and unloading and direct access. Perfect for anyone who needs regular access to a storage unit with equipment, excess stock or tools. Call us today to enquire 0208 629 2400

  • How secure are my stored items?

    You will be provided with your own electronic access key which gives you unlimited access to the storage facility during opening hours. Only you have keys to your storage unit. The building is alarmed and monitored with CCTV recording 24 hrs, 7 days per week.

  • How long can I stay?

    You can rent our units for a minimum of one week, or stay for as long as you want. In addition you can move into a smaller or larger unit whenever you wish.

  • What Items are NOT ALLOWED to be stored?

    At Storage Geeks, we take the safety and security of everyone's stored goods seriously. We keep it simple - these are the materials that are not allowed to be stored in a Storage Geeks facility.

    • Hazardous materials – flammable liquids and explosives
    • Vapes or e-cigarettes
    • Un-authorised or illegal goods, e.g. drugs
    • Firearms and ammunition
    • Living things i.e. animals, plants, insects.
    • Items that could decompose, e.g. exposed food stuffs.

    We also recommend that any textiles or soft furnishings are thoroughly wrapped before storing to prevent the spread of textile eating pests.
