Quick tip
A quick rule of thumb is to think of a one-bedroom house as needing around 50-65 sq ft storage.
Next, add between 30 and 50 sq ft for every extra bedroom.
So for a 2 bed home, look at 80 sq ft. For a 3 bed house, around 120-150 sq ft.
